I bring many years of nursing practice to patient care. It is vital to really listen to the family. Sometimes a parent needs a shoulder to cry on, a hand to hold, or someone to say it is ok.

Karen Kish, NP

Biography
Karen received her BSN from Elmhurst College outside of Chicago and worked as the school nurse at the American High School in Baumholder Germany for a little over 2 years. After returning stateside, she worked as a nurse on the Mother-Infant Units and Newborn Nursery at MCV, Memorial Regional Medical Center, and St. Francis Medical Center. She then returned to advance her education and received her MSN as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner from VCU. She joined Chesterfield Pediatrics in February 2013.

Personal Interests
In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time with her 3 children. She is active in their activities, following and cheering them on. She is a fan of most athletics and played volleyball and softball growing up in the suburbs of Chicago.
